I would give this company 10 stars out of 5. From the minute Alex came out to quote us for some tree removals, to the end, it was truly a perfect experience. The crew working for them were all incredibly awesome and very hardworking and super quick. They were so professional and know their safest ways to remove trees without damaging anything. When they left the grounds were impeccable. They left everything super, super clean. The pricing is exceptionally reasonable compared to other arborists. Don’t hesitate to use them…. A very satisfied customer!!!!

We have had ConservaTree trim up our trees in the past. We have recently had a large maple tree trimmed beside our house which was touching the roof. We also had part of a neighbour's tree hanging over our garage partly taken down with our neighbour having the rest taken down. They also took down a very large maple tree in our neighbour's yard. Alex and his team were very pleasant, professional and efficient in having the trees removed. We were very happy with the work that was done and would not hesitate to contact them again if we needed their services.

My own research led me to reach out to Conservatree to get a large maple taken down in my backyard. And I can concur with all the positive opinions that I read. These guys were great and their price was fair. Work was completed in about 5 hours and they even raked up most of the leaves that came down during the process. Many thanks Conservatree. Excellent work by the entire team at Conservatree. From the time we reached out for a quote, Alex was very polite and professional. He came out and evaluated the property and gave us his honest/ realistic opinion about the work we were asking him to do. He educated us on the type of trees we had, why he would remove some and not others and really did his best to ensure we understood the scale of the work. When the crew came to the house to complete the work, they were amazing. Super polite and very proactive on ensuring that neighboring properties were taken care of as far as falling branches/ tree trunks. The removal of the trees were thought our and perfectly executed. Even after their crew had left you could tell that they took the best care they could to clean up debris/ branches or any mess they made. I would recommend Conservatree to anyone who asks about arborists in London and surrounding areas. Thanks for the great work guys!

Alex was timely in providing a quote. Patrick and his crew came on time and were fantastic. Watching them work is incredible. Pruned my Silver Maple with many buildings around the tree, including a glass greenhouse and they did a fantastic job. Nothing broken and after they cleaned up, you wouldn't even know they had been here. Great job guys!

We trusted Alex and the team at our home. They were respectful and provided updates as the job got done which we appreciated and we were so excited to come home and see the final result! We’re so proud of how the exterior of the home looks now. We can’t recommend them enough!

Just great experience from the get-go. I couldn't have been happier with the amount of work that they got done in my yard, how timely they were, how much effort they put in through the whole day that they were here. I did use the day rate which was more than reasonable, and actually quite the deal! I hadn't done any work with my trees in about a decade so there was a ton to do and amazingly, they got it all finished. Brilliant experience.

First time posting a review but we have had Alex & Patrick and their team complete work on 5 of our trees over past 18 years or so. They are professional, friendly, respectful of our property and our neighbours property always. Today they took down our dying fur tree and as they always are, they were fast, competent and very thorough in the clean up as well! Communication is easy and their prices are very reasonable always! From the start our experience with Conservatree (Alex was our contact) was friendly, professional and extremely efficient! In addition the quality of work, care and the attention paid to our very mature lot in Old South was amazing! They even took the time to help out my neighbor who had an issue with a tree on her yard. The clean up was excellent and the team friendly, respectful and fast. I would highly recommend Conservatree! Lastly price was very reasonable; these services can be very expensive. Great service, very fair price.....thanks to Alex and his team, our yard looks awesome and the new light in our house is so welcomed.

Conservatree did a great job on our yard! We had some massive cedars too close to the house. They came out and assessed the work. They completed it within a week of checking the place out, despite something major weather setbacks! These guys are PROS! They did a great job, fully cleaned up the yard and on top of that they were reasonably priced! I’d yelled how much I liked their service from tree tops… but can’t because they did such a good job taking ours down. So, I had to write this Google review instead!

Excellent work. We had three large black walnut trees that had big, heavy branches that were encroaching on our house and they needed to be trimmed back. Due to the location and the way the trees had grown, this was a challenging job. When Alex and the crew arrived, they spent a good deal of time evaluating how to set things up and where to position things to ensure there was no damage to our house--and to them! We were very impressed with their professionalism and the way things turned out. Would highly recommend them!
